This is our unique STRENGTH class, run very different to the others and to traditional Pilates. You count your own reps and progress at your pace. 8 groups of exercises, supersetting exercises within the set. The heavier the better. The faster the better. Aiming for POWER BENEFITS.
Please note: this class is not recommended as your first class. It is advised you attend a traditional Pilates class on the schedule to become familiar with the machine and exercises prior to attending the strength class. This class is run quite quickly and there arenβt many opportunities to correct form and educate you on the exercises.
