Kalgoorlie's local physiotherapist turned pilates instructor. Caris began instructing from her garage at a rental in Boulder with two machines and progressed to build her dream pilates studio. 

Her passion is injury prevention and mobility and has designed 18 classes based around these principles.

Goldfields Dancer AKA Miss Katelyn, the professional aerialist bring her passions to the pilates industry. 

Where instructors are unable to attend live classes - Classes have been filmed and will be run from the TV during class. 

Caris Tonkin has filmed the classes in such a manner similar to her participating in the classes with you. Music, instruction and demonstrations included.
