VIRTUAL - RUN BY TV, NO LIVE INSTRUCTOR

This class is run by the studio TV - No LIVE instructor will be present. 

The instructions on how to operate the virtual classes are on the door to the studio and underneath the TV.

The first person to class unlocks the studio, turns on the lights and TV.

Select your preferred class or the timetabled class

Once you have finished please pack up your machines as you found them and ensure your baskets are neat and tidy. Turn off the TV and lights and close the door behind you.
