The newest addition to the class schedule.
This magical class of gentle stretches followed by meditation to close the class, will be held each Tuesday & Thursday @ 6pm and Wednesday mornings @ 6am.
Please bring warm clothes with you or a blanket and pillow so you are comfortable during meditation. If you prefer to lie on the floor during your meditation feel free to bring your own yoga mat.
