Introducing the NEWEST class to The Pilates Studio timetable. This class is a twist on your contemporary yoga flow. Combining some of your favourite Pilates exercises with some traditional yoga exercises into one all round challenging full body workout.
This class is performed alongside Caris on the reformers in one smooth flow. It is highly recommended you have come to an in-studio class prior to attending this class.
Beginners welcome but skills included:
Planks, saws and downdogs with feet on flat
Standing on carriage for warrior poses, front and side splits.
