The express 30 minute classes.
These classes consist of 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest & rotation for 20 stations, rotating from reformer to floor.
Circuit classes will run every Saturday from 7am - 9:15am. Book into one, two, three or the glorious Stretch & Flexibility circuit finishing every Saturday circuit @ 8:30-9:15am.
The class type will be posted on The Pilates Studio - Kalgoorlie Instagram and Facebook Stories and updated on Punchpass each Sunday.
