Designed for those of you who have reached their peak and have plateaued in their flexibility. This class is designed to increase the heat through your muscles, working on stretch and hold and increasing the depth of your stretches with minor postural adjustments to feel the burn.
Probably best that you come to a regular class prior to making this your first class but no judgement... ;)
