Back to Basics – Reformer Pilates
A class designed for newbies as well as regulars wanting to revisit the Pilates principles. We’ll slow things down and focus on technique, posture, and breath — so you move more effectively and feel every muscle (even the hidden ones!).
By applying the core principles — breathing, spinal alignment, centering, control, precision, and flow — you’ll discover how to stabilise your body, improve posture, prevent pain, and move with ease and strength.
This is not an “easy” class — it’s about going deeper, not faster.
