Our class structure: 


  • 20 stations of exercises, 1 exercise per station 
  • Transition from a reformer to mat exercise
  • Each machine is set up for a particular exercise and doesn’t change
  • 45 seconds of work
  • 15 seconds of rest (or rotation)
Classes are one rotation of each exercise. Book into multiple back to back classes to get a nice intense burn or just the one for an express workout. 

Classes cater for 20 so bring your friends or family to workout, chill out and have fun whilst doing so!
