Our Kids Pilates classes are designed to help children build strong, balanced, confident bodies from the very start. In a fun, supportive and age-appropriate environment, kids learn how to move well, improve posture, develop coordination, and build body awareness that supports them through sport, school and everyday life.
Each class focuses on safe, controlled movement using the Reformer, with plenty of playful challenges to keep kids engaged while still teaching the foundations of strength and stability.
We keep group sizes small so every child gets guidance, support and individualized attention. Classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for all fitness levels — no experience needed.
Kids Pilates helps with:
