VIRTUAL 7:30PM CLASS

***Please note***

This is a VIRTUAL CLASS - There will be NO LIVE INSTRUCTOR present. Class will be run from a film of the class from the TV.

Please turn up as you normally would. First one there just needs to unlock the studio and turn on the lights and TV. The timetable is on the door as you walk in with the location of the key, and underneath the TV with instructions on how to operate the virtual classes. 

Please start the class on time to ensure no delay for the following class. If there is no class following please lock up as you leave, turning off the lights and TV.

If this is your first class and you haven't done reformer classes before, it is highly recommended you attend a class with a live instructor first to learn how to use the machine and to avoid any injuries.
